Washing machine cleaning.
If clean laundry smells musty, the problem is inside the washer — not your detergent. We deep-clean the parts you can't reach.
Modern high-efficiency washers (especially front-loaders) hold water in places you can't see — under the drum, in the gasket folds, in the drain pump. South Florida humidity makes that water a breeding ground for mildew, biofilm, and that distinct musty smell that ruins clean laundry. We take the machine apart, clean every surface, and put it back together better than it came from the factory.
What we clean
Drum and tub — high-temp sanitizing cycle with a commercial-grade cleaner. Gasket — fully detailed, including the underside folds where mold loves to hide. Drain pump and filter — most owners have never opened the filter (it's often hidden behind a small panel). Detergent dispenser tray — pulled, soaked, and scrubbed. Drain hose — checked for buildup. Door seal — checked for cracks.
When you should do this
If your laundry smells musty or your clean clothes have spots after drying, you're overdue. We recommend once a year for most households, twice a year for big families or anyone who washes pet bedding regularly. Florida humidity makes it worse — northern recommendations don't apply down here.
