Viv's started because too many South Florida homeowners were getting bad service from the big-name chains — rushed cleanings, upsells they didn't need, technicians who'd never been on a roof in their lives. Mike runs Palm Beach and Broward out of Delray. Chris runs Miami-Dade out of West Miami. Every job is done by one of them, not subcontracted. Every vent we touch is one we'd want cleaned in our own homes — because half the time, that's exactly the standard we'd hold our own crew to.
