Excellent experience with vent cleaning service. Chris is extremely knowledgeable; explained thoroughly what was happening and had patience with all my questions. He made the appointment that best fit my availability and was at my house on time- exactly when he said he would be. He cleaned out the dryer vent and gave me suggestions for upkeep. Price was reasonable and above all the customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend their services.

OUTSTANDING. Chris came (Miami-Dade). Quoted within a few minutes of us requesting one. Scheduled an appointment for 1.5 days later. Came early. Finished in about a half hour. No mess. Clear communications and fully knowledgeable. This quality of service is not often found in the Miami area.

Mike is wonderful!! When you call you actually get to speak with him, not a call center. Which I greatly appreciated! He is very professional, did everything he said that he was doing and communicated with me through the whole process. I highly recommend using Mike. I know that I will in the future.

On June 15, 2026 we had a great experience with Vivs Vent Cleaning! We have been using this company for years to clean our dryer vent. Chris is always punctual and texts to let us know he is on his way . Appointments are easy to make and you can reach them immediately if there is ever a problem. Chris is efficient , organized, and always completes his work in a professional and friendly manner. He even tolerates our large golden retriever who loves him and insists on sitting and watching everything he does!

I just had Chris V come and clean both mine and my daughter's dryer vents and was very happy with the outcome. He cleaned from the inside and also got up on the roof to check on the air flow to make sure no instructions. Very persona le and professional. I recommend him, for sure😁

Chris from Viv’s Vent Cleaning was excellent. My dryer’s “check vent” light kept turning on, and after trying to clean the vent myself multiple times it was clear there was an obstruction I couldn’t reach. Chris was very responsive and quickly diagnosed the issue, there were layers of lint buildup in the roof vent. He cleaned everything out thoroughly and now the dryer works perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Viv’s Vent Cleaning to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning.

Mike was great! He was very quick both in scheduling an appointment and in the service itself. He answered all of our questions efficiently and even gave us some tips and things to watch out for the in the future. He even identified a hole that he was also able to repair.
